It feels good to eat well (and healthy)
We are we eat...literally. Food determines how we feel physically and mentally. Our cells (trillions of them) take information from food. This is a good reason to take in nutrients rather than toxins in the form of food-like substances. Try out some new recipes today! 
Breakfast- Plantain & Apple Fritters
2 ripe plantains
1 small apple (peeled & grated)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2-4 tablespoons coconut oil
Lunch- Salad
spinach, chard, kale, romaine, arugula (pick a combo)
boiled eggs sliced 
carrots, celery, radish, peas, broccoli, apple (so many options to choose)
dressing- 1/2 c white wine vinegar, 1/4 c olive oil, 1/4 c raspberries, 2 teaspoons honey. mix in the blender 
Dinner-Bacon, Romaine, & Tomato
3-5 pieces nitrate-free bacon 
Romaine lettuce washed
Tomato slice
Avocado mayo as desired
raw veggies
handful of nuts
