Food Is Medicine
After years of feeling miserable with sooooo many symptoms, in 2012 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. It wasn’t until 2014 that I had spent months and countless hours researching what this meant. I’d been to several doctors and not one understood this cruel disease. I took my health into my own hands; flash forward 3 years later and I have overhauled my entire life! I’m sleeping 7-9 hours per night, the weight came off, my hair grew back, the brain fog disappeared (adios mood swings!), and that’s just a handful of the positive changes. This all happened because I unlearned everything I thought I knew about health. I took my health into my own hands and turned my shit around…literally (constipation was a huge problem for me as well!).
I started with eating REAL FOOD! If it isn’t grown by nature or treated humanely, I won’t eat it. With this said, I realize we are bio-individuals. What works for me might not work for you. In my practice, we will work together to find out exactly what DOES work for you.
Maybe it’s more than food choices keeping you down. I am also trained to work with relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality. My unique education in psychology, finance, and nutrition has equipped me with extensive knowledge. Through my expertise, I work with clients to help to choose health-promoting habits in order to make lifestyle changes. During our sessions together, I will guide you to make simple and lasting changes to restore your health and energy.

Instead, I teach you to feed your body what it needs to succeed and grow each day; real food in order to feel good. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
